Searching?
What types of area's or things should I be using the "search" command around? I've been using it on all sorts of walls and stuff but I haven't discovered anything yet, am I using the command incorrectly? Thanks :)Â

Hi.
Search will discover two type of hidden mechanism. Traps & hidden doors. Traps can be found in doors, containers & scattered around on the ground :) but you will find them more often as you progress deeper and deeper.
Secret rooms can be found anywhere. In rooms, attached to any wall, even in corridors. But they are really easy to spot, even without search. You can see them on wall connections, like here:
These kind of double connection almost always have secrete door.
Simple connection like in next example may have, or may have not secret doors. Pressing S revealed even 2 doors.
There can be even secret rooms inside the secret rooms. My personal best is 5 secret rooms located one inside other. They tend to have better treasure.
As from Alpha 9.6 secret rooms are removed on first level.
